These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NaughtyPages.com (“the Site”), operated by NaughtyPages Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Age Verification and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use NaughtyPages.com. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful;
• You understand that the Site contains listings and content relating to adult entertainment services; and
• You have the legal right and capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we have reason to believe is under the age of 18 or is misrepresenting their age or eligibility.

2. Nature of the Site

NaughtyPages.com is an online directory and advertising platform. We publish listings submitted by registered advertisers (“Advertisers”). The Site does not offer, facilitate, arrange, or provide any of the services listed. All listings are advertisements only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer for sexual services, solicitation of any kind, or any other activity prohibited by applicable law. The presence of a business listing on NaughtyPages.com does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any kind regarding that business or its services.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities and Representations

By submitting a listing to NaughtyPages.com, each Advertiser represents, warrants, and agrees that:

• The Advertiser is at least 18 years of age;
• All individuals depicted in photos, videos, or other media included in the listing are at least 18 years of age, and the Advertiser has documentation to confirm this if required;
• All content submitted is truthful, accurate, and not misleading;
• The business and all services advertised are lawful under applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and local law;
• The Advertiser holds all necessary licences, permits, and authorizations to operate the advertised business;
• The listing does not constitute or include any offer of sexual services as defined under the Protection of Communities and Exploited Persons Act (Canada) or any provincial equivalent;
• The Advertiser will not use the Site to advertise any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or services involving minors; and
• The Advertiser accepts full legal responsibility for all content they submit.

4. No Explicit Content Policy

Listings are limited to business advertising. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Explicit sexual imagery or nudity;
• Solicitation language of any kind;
• Pricing or descriptions that imply sexual services;
• Content involving or depicting minors;
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking or exploitation.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any submitted content violates this policy.

5. Legal Compliance — FOSTA-SESTA and Canadian Law

NaughtyPages.com operates in strict compliance with applicable law, including:

• The Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA), which prohibit the promotion or facilitation of sex trafficking online;
• Canada’s Protection of Communities and Exploited Persons Act (formerly Bill C-36), which prohibits the advertising of sexual services;
• The Criminal Code of Canada, sections governing sexual exploitation, trafficking, and related offences.

Any listing that we determine, in our sole discretion, to violate these statutes or to place NaughtyPages.com at legal risk will be removed immediately and without notice. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

6. Content Moderation Rights

We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to:

• Review, edit, or remove any listing or account;
• Refuse to publish any submitted content;
• Suspend or terminate any Advertiser account;
• Disclose user information to law enforcement when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, the rights of others, or public safety.

We are not obligated to provide notice before removing content or suspending accounts, though we will attempt to do so where practical.

7. No Liability for Advertiser Conduct

NaughtyPages.com is a directory service. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or interaction between a user and an Advertiser. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy of listing content, the quality or legality of any advertised service, or the conduct of any Advertiser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaughtyPages.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any listing or content on the Site;
• Any transaction or interaction with an Advertiser;
• Any content submitted by Advertisers or third parties;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All original Site content, design, trademarks, and code are the property of NaughtyPages Inc. or its licensors. Advertiser-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the Advertiser, but by submitting content, the Advertiser grants NaughtyPages.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Site.

9. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content on NaughtyPages.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at legal@naughtypages.com with the following information:

1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
3. The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content;
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
