How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly on the same date you first subscribed. You’ll receive an email receipt each month. Billing is handled securely through Stripe — we don’t store your card information.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll keep your paid listing features until that date. No cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo. We do not accept cash, cheques, or cryptocurrency at this time.
How long until my listing goes live?
Free listings are reviewed and typically go live within 24 hours on business days. Paid listings (Featured, Premium, Spotlight) are prioritized and usually approved within 4 hours during business hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your listing is live.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Are there refunds?
Once a listing has gone live, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you have a billing issue or a problem with your listing, contact us at advertisers@naughtypages.com and we’ll work to make it right.
